Our teams of experts and Quality consultants reply to requests for advice, technical and regulatory expertise, integration, development project management whether specific or not, and software validation.

	A Validation team is available to our customers to help them with their Quality projects and software validation.
	The QUALIMS team installs our software at customer plants. We help our customers get the QUALIMS system up and running.
	A Hotline is provided for users of our products with a maintenance contract.
	The maintenance of our products is dealt with by our technical team; both for enhancement and corrective maintenance. They will help and guide you through any problems you may have.
	We provide training on our software; QUALIMS is also a registered training company, no. : 11.91.05703.91 (Service Régional de Contrôle d'Ile de France) Courses generally take place at customer plants.
