SOTAX : QUALIMS et SOTAX se sont associés en septembre 2008. Ce rapprochement se manifeste en une prise de parts du capital de QUALIMS de la part de SOTAX.
SOTAX est leader mondial dans l’ingénierie, la commercialisation d’instruments de pharmacotechnie (système et logiciels pour les essais sur les formes sèches : poudres, comprimés, microgranules...).
Ce partenariat s’appuie sur des relations très amicales entre les équipes de nos deux sociétés et il consiste en une participation minoritaire de SOTAX dans le capital social de QUALIMS
Dans les prochains mois, les deux sociétés se rapprocheront pour travailler ensemble sur différents axes. Nous mettrons tout en oeuvre pour que cette collaboration soit fructueuse.

Their software also provides complete control over technical and administrative work in a laboratory.
The strengths of each company and how we complement each other will enable us to reinforce our market positions both nationally and internationally. We aim for our various software packages to interface in the future and have already planned to develop a new package together in the coming months.
