Apart from dispositions explicitly authorised in this contract or another contract with QUALIMS, no part or element of the Site may be copied or transferred by whatever means and the Site, its Contents and, unless prior written consent has been granted, all pertaining rights remain the exclusive property of QUALIMS.

The copyright on all contents is and remains the property of QUALIMS. Unless otherwise notified in specific documents on the Site, the audio and video contents can be accessed, printed and downloaded in an unaltered form for personal, information and non-commercial reasons. QUALIMS grants a licence for the software you may download (including without limitation screen protection programmes, icons, videos and wallpapers) from the Site, software as well as all files, images which are part of it or generated by the latter and data accompanying it (collectively called the « Software »). QUALIMS does not transfer the title deeds to you with its software. The support on which it is recorded belongs to you but QUALIMS retains total ownership of the Software as well as all intellectual property rights to it. It is strictly prohibited to redistribute, sell, disassociate, dissect, dismantle or in any way reduce the Software in any clearly legible form.
