Maintenance


We have a customer service department. We have a team made up of customer service managers who are the point of contact for customers. We also have a technical team providing all maintenance on our products, both product enhancement and corrective maintenance. They are available to help and guide you through any problems you may encounter.

  • Hotline

Our hotline service was set up to answer user queries as well as requests for corrections and improvements. Please make a note of the number now : +33 (0)1.75.43.86.60 ! N.B. you must have a maintenance contract to have access to this service.

  • Qolibri System

As part of our quality assurance procedure, the QUALIMS team uses an application developed by MANTIS to ensure the traceability of requests for enhancements and / or corrections to our software. We call this application
(Qolibri)

  • User Club

The User Club is open to customers with a maintenance contract. It provides the following advantages :
- Access to more documents and information
- An annual meeting when users can share their experiences and QUALIMS communicates about future developments
- Workshops are organised throughout the year so that our customers can play a part in the development of our applications. The annual User Club Day can also be attended by customers who do not yet have a maintenance contract but meals will be at their own expense.
