MaintenanceWe have a customer service department. We have a team made up of customer service managers who are the point of contact for customers. We also have a technical team providing all maintenance on our products, both product enhancement and corrective maintenance. They are available to help and guide you through any problems you may encounter.
Our hotline service was set up to answer user queries as well as requests for corrections and improvements. Please make a note of the number now : +33 (0)1.75.43.86.60 ! N.B. you must have a maintenance contract to have access to this service.
As part of our quality assurance procedure, the QUALIMS team uses an application developed by MANTIS to ensure the traceability of requests for enhancements and / or corrections to our software. We call this application
